Our director started as a carer and slowly but steadily climbed the ladder all to Registered Manager whose role is to manage whole company. Following that he understood the needs of the people, both the ones supported and supporting. He then decided to establish TP Care at Homes to dedicate his energy and time to the vulnerable people and the ones supporting them, believing that both deserve the service thus their mutual happiness will take everyone to places which is a new level in care.
